Order Policies


Orders are accepted until 3:00PM on the previous business day. We will accommodate last minute orders whenever possible, however selection and availability may be limited. Online orders are accepted two business days in advance.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, we appreciate as much notice as possible. Cancellations can be made no later than 24 hours prior to the event. Orders cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the event will be charged in full, including events cancelled due to inclement weather.


Local sales tax is applied to all orders. Tax exempt organizations must provide certification.


All menu items are prepared and priced for a minimum of 5 guests, unless otherwise indicated.


Unless otherwise arranged, orders are sent in individualized disposable stackable boxes.


Catering Coordinators are available from 9:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday through Friday at (352) 231-3535.


We deliver between 9:00AM and 6:00PM, Monday through Friday and Saturday by appointment, serving Gainesville Florida. No delivery charge applies to orders of 5 ChewBoxes or more. Otherwise a small fee of $5.00 will be charged for delivery.


We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. All events must be paid in full prior to the delivery unless an approved corporate account has been established. Please contact us to obtain an account application.
